Refund Policy

At Heba El Sawah, we aim to provide a valuable learning experience through our online courses and coaching services.

Online Courses

Full refunds are available within one month of payment if the course has not started yet.

Cancellations requested within two weeks before the course start date are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations requested within one week before the course start date are non-refundable, but the amount can be used as credit for another course.

Course postponement is allowed for one round only after full payment.

If postponed for more than one round, the participant must pay any price difference based on the current course price.

Course access duration varies depending on the course.

1:1 & Couple Coaching

Confirmed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled with prior notice.
